Employees generally have 24 hours to fill out the questionnaire. However, the client may adjust this timing during onboarding.
Technically, changes can be processed until the questionnaire opens. However, the meal break tool page and current pay period should fully load after any edits have been made in order for the updates to take full effect. The page does not have to be opened when a time clock file will be processed after the changes are made and before the questionnaire goes out. To be counted in the current pay period, Covr recommends that waivers and other changes be made no later than 24 hours before the questionnaire opens.
