Understanding the timing of questionnaires

Typically, questionnaires (notice of violations) will be programmed to open at some point after the pay period closes with some time for payroll/HR staff to submit punch corrections to their time clock vendor.

In some cases, the timing can be extremely tight and, in rare cases, the questionnaire may go out before a pay period closes. These scenarios are generally discussed with customers upon onboarding.

Employees with perfect punches will get a congratulation notice and a link to a raffle.

Employees with violations will receive a questionnaire to fill out regarding missed, short, or late lunches. After they answers the questionnaire, the employee will receive a text invitation to a raffle.
