Open the Covr Manager app (after updating / re-downloading it) or go to https://covrhub.com
2. Log in using your original credentials.
3. A page should pop up explaining how Covr released a new update. Hit "Next".
4. Fill in your valid and current email address. It can be a personal email address, just as long as you can access it. If you do not have a valid email address, please create one first.
5. Covr will send you an email with a temporary password. Go to your email and copy that password EXACTLY as it is written. Make sure there are no extra spaces. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or verify that you entered the correct email address in Covr.
6. Go back to the app and log in with your username (which is your email now) and the temporary password you were given in the email exactly as it is written.
7. Once you have successfully entered that information, you will be prompted to create a new password. Please meet all the requirements listed for a secure password.
8. Fill in any other personal info and finish.
9. You can now log in with your new username (your validated email address) and your password (the new custom password you just created).
