Only facility Admins and/or designee(s) (Covr admin/management access) can edit the amount and quantity of prizes. Prizes preloaded into the system are roughly based on size of your facility and common amounts that are shown to incentivize the desired employee behavior.
Too few or too little reward value will not incentivize employees to have perfect breaks or participate in the questionnaire at all. You want to spend enough to incentivize the desired behavior β perfect breaks and filling out the questionnaires. Perfect breaks result in no penalties paid (often at overtime rate). Questionnaires have shown to reduce violations/penalties by 70% or more! Successful facilities adjust the number and value of the rewards periodically to keep it fresh.
