If an employee has entered the wrong email address to redeem their gift card rewards, they will need to use the chat feature with Rewards Genius to fix it.

Follow the link to claim the card and in the bottom right-hand corner of that web page is a chat feature. Start the chat and the customer support should be able to assist in getting the email address corrected. Make sure to look at the reward history to copy the claim code to give more details.
