What if a raffle winner has difficulty claiming/accessing their prize money?

If the winner cannot find the link to redeem their prize, first check to make sure the employee has a current/correct mobile phone number on the People page in Covr. If the number is correct, check the message center and search for the employee’s thread to see what messages they received. Most often they forgot or lost track of the message. Once you find the message with the link to the rewards, you will need to resend the text message.

Additionally, you can click the rewards link from the text (or click the raffle ticket link from the text and click the rewards link at the bottom of the page) to see if the gift card has already been redeemed.

If an employee needs assistance redeeming their prize, you can direct them to the web page found after clicking on the prize link found in the text. In the bottom right-hand corner of that web page is a chat feature. The winner can get help through this chat feature.
