Winners of the raffle are announced after the questionnaire closes. Winners are chosen at random. There are two groups of winners, those who had punches during the pay period and had perfect meal breaks, and those who had punches during the pay period and had potential violations and completed the questionnaire. A default number of winners (and prize values) for each group is defined during onboarding based on facility size and best practices. The goal is to get the facility moving towards compliance with state and organization's policies.
