Facilities are encouraged to use their own employer-facilitated waivers. Covr’s version can work, however, the language is not as specific as an in-house waiver would be and Covr does not track changes. Additionally, in the event of a facility staffing audit by the state, it is generally faster and more acceptable to pull a copy from the HR system or employee file.
