Why am I not seeing any open shifts?

What may be causing you to not see open shifts and what your account admin must do on their end to fix it

note: you will not be shown an open shift if you are already scheduled for that time period

If you can't see any open shifts in the Covr Employee app, your account admin should follow these steps to ensure that you can:

  1. Ensure Open Shifts are Available: Check that there are open shifts on your schedule.

  2. Confirm Employee Eligibility: Make sure the employee(s) in question have been assigned eligibility for the shifts they should see.

  3. Adjust Schedule Visibility (if applicable):

    1. If "Schedule Visibility Date" is Enabled: Update the date on your Schedule page to determine how far in advance your staff can view open shifts.

    Set Days in App (if "Schedule Visibility Date" is not enabled):

    1. If you do not see the "Schedule Visibility Date" setting, go to the People page and ensure that the employee(s) have the correct number of days set in the "Days in App" setting.

If your account admin follows the steps above, you should be able to see open shifts.
