Your facility invites you to Covr by email. This article walks employees through setting up a Covr account from that invite and logging in to the Covr Employee app or website for the first time.
How do I set up my Covr account?
Look for an invite email from notifications@covrhub.com. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Open the email and select Join.
Set your password.
Verify your personal information, then select Finish.
Your Covr account is now set up.
How do I log in for the first time?
You can log in to the Covr Employee app or the Covr Employee website with the same email and password.
Download the Covr Employee app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or go to the Covr Employee website at https://employee.covrhub.com/.
Log in with your email address and the password you just created.
Once you're logged in, you'll see your upcoming shifts under My Shifts. The Covr Employee website is view only, so use the Covr Employee app to pick up open shifts, request relief or trade shifts.
What if the Join link says it has expired?
If you've already set up your Covr account, the Join link in the invite email no longer works. Your account is ready. Log in to the Covr Employee app or website with your email and password. If you don't remember your password, select Forgot Password on the login screen.
What if I never received the invite email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, ask your manager or scheduler to check that your email address is correct on your Covr profile and to resend the invite.
