In a few different places in Covr, you will notice the addition of the Contingent Staff tab. These places include the People page, Message center, and Engagement center.
Contingent Staff are temporary workers who supplement a facility's workforce. These workers are not employed by your facility directly. They can be workers from an agency, marketplace, or float pool.
People
We changed the previously known Agency tab to be the Contingent Staff tab.
We made this small change to make it clear that anyone not employed by your facility directly will fall under the Contingent Staff tab.
Messages
Before this update, you weren't able to easily filter between your agency workers and employees when sending a new message. With the addition of the Contingent Staff tab, you can quickly filter to decide which group you want to send messages to.
Engagement
Similarly to the message center changes above, you can now filter surveys to be sent to your employees or contingent staff.
