If you accidentally create two profiles for the same employee, don't worry! There is a way to fix that. Within the people page, you have the ability to merge two profiles for this exact reason.
To merge two employees, start by clicking on the three dots next to the Add employee button on the people page.
You will then have the option to select the two employees you would like to merge. Be aware that you cannot merge two employees who are in the Joined status.
In the example below, I have duplicate profiles for Jessica Smith.
After selecting both of the profiles, click Merge.
Covr will then give you the option to decide which profile you would like to keep. If one of the profiles has already joined Covr, you will have to select that one. Feel free to go back later and add any information to the profile you kept that might have been on the other profile.
Once you have decided which profile to keep, click Merge.
Now there will only be one profile for that employee and all of their schedule data will be merged and assigned to the remaining profile you selected.
