How to add employees to Covr to be used with the meal break tool

After logging into Covr, go to the "People" tab on the menu bar.

Use the "Employees without Covr Profiles" tile as a shortcut to add employees who are already coming through your payroll into Covr. Click "Create a profile" next to the name of the employee you would like to add. Fill in the necessary information. Covr will auto-populate any fields it has pulled from your payroll system. You can leave some fields blank, but the phone number and timeclock ID are the most important info used for the meal break tool (besides the employees name).

You can also add an employee manually by selecting "Add employee" on the top right of the "People" page. Fill in the necessary information and finish.
