On the desktop:
To update your census in Covr, go to the Insights tab.
Click into the To-do list by selecting Get Started.
Step 1 on the To-do list is to Update your Census.
This tool will allow you to confirm the census for previous days.
Enter in the correct census in the box next to Overall Census for the day shown and click Confirm.
To see your census for the entire month, click on See Monthly View.
Here you can change the census for any day throughout the month.
Covr will automatically adjust the census going forward to match what you entered for the most recent day.
When the census is changed, the number turns green. The numbers in red simply mean that they have not been changed.
On the Covr Manager App:
Hit More on the bottom right corner.
Select Update Census.
If needed, adjust the date at the top.
Enter in the Actual Census number.
Change the Unit Totals, making sure that the numbers add up to match the total for the Actual Census.
