To approve Trade Requests, you will want to follow these steps:
Select the "Schedule" tab
Select the "Trade Requests"
If you do not see a trade request, it may have been viewed already and you will want to change the Status filter to Read.
On the request, you can select the message to view the reason for the trade. To view who is trading, select the green Trade Request Pending.
If you see the Trade Pending Confirmation by Employee, this means the second employee has to confirm the trade first. Once they have confirmed, then it will show Click to Approve Trade.
Once approved, it will send a text message to both employees stating the trade was approved and what dates each of them is working. It will also show on the main schedule and on the Covr Employee app as well.
