Only Super-Admins can create or edit budgets. Admins can view budgets but cannot make changes.
Follow these steps:
Go Settings.
Click on Budgeting.
This is where you can create and view budgets for your different departments and positions.
To create a new budget:
Name the budget – Give your budget a clear and descriptive title.
Select the department – Choose the department this budget applies to.
Select the position(s) – Add the position(s) included in this budget. Note: Each position can only be included in one budget.
Set the minimum and maximum PPD – Enter the per-patient-day (PPD) range for this budget.
Once created, these budgets will be used as benchmarks in the new Facility Hours report on the Insights page. Over time, they will fully replace the original targets set by your Covr support representative, which are currently used across other reports in Covr.
