If an Agency is connected with Covr they will be able to see open shifts that have been posted by your facility and request to pick them up.

You can invite an Agency to connect with Covr two different ways, when you initially add them to your facility or at any time whether they have been added to your facility or not. To invite an Agency when you add them to the facility click on Agency Management under the Settings tab.

Then, press on the Add Agency button in the top right.

Now, press the option that reads Invite an Agency to connect.

You will be then prompted to add an email address of a representative from the agency you work with. Then, select Invite Agency and the agency you emailed will be invited to join Covr!

You can also send an invitation to an Agency at any time you want whether they have been added to your facility or not. First select Agency Management under the Settings tab.

Then select the three vertical dots in the top right and press Invite Agency from the drop down options.

You will be then prompted to add an email address of a representative from the agency you work with. Then, select Invite Agency and the agency you emailed will be invited to join Covr!
