How to add and connect an agency to your facility

To add an Agency in Covr, start by selecting the Settings tab and clicking on Agency Management

Then click the blue button that says Add Agency in the top right

You then have a few options of how to add an agency to your facility.

1) By selecting Add a non-connected agency you will not be able to send out open shifts to agency workers for them to pick up, that would need to be done through a different app or service, but you will still be able to record on the schedule when a non-connected agency will work for you.

After you fill out the needed information, select Add Agency on the bottom right

and this Agency will now appear on the list of Your Agencies under the Agency Management tab.

2) Invite an agency to connect will invite an agency to use Covr and will then allow them to see any open shifts your facility posts and let them pick up shifts as needed. After clicking Invite an agency to connect, you will be prompted to add the email of a contact from the agency of your choice.

After you fill in the e-mail and press Invite Agency, an email will be sent to them allowing them to join Covr and interact with your facility.

3) If an agency you use has already been added to Covr it will appear in the list under Connect with an agency
