Why can't my employees see any open shifts?

A walkthrough of what could be causing your employees not to see any open shifts and how to fix it

If your employees can't see any open shifts in the Covr Employee app, follow these steps to ensure they are visible:

note: employees are not shown open shifts if they are already scheduled for the same time period

  1. Ensure Open Shifts are Available: Check that there are open shifts on your schedule.

  2. Confirm Employee Eligibility: Make sure the employee(s) in question have been assigned eligibility for the shifts they should see.

  3. Adjust Schedule Visibility (if applicable):

    1. If "Schedule Visibility Date" is Enabled: Update the date on your Schedule page to determine how far in advance your staff can view open shifts.

      1. Request Activation: If you want this feature enabled for your account, contact Covr support.

  4. Set Days in App (if "Schedule Visibility Date" is not enabled):

    1. If you do not see the "Schedule Visibility Date" setting, go to the People page and ensure that the employee(s) have the correct number of days set in the "Days in App" setting.

These steps should resolve issues with employees not seeing open shifts on the Covr Employee app.
