What do I tell an employee who needs help logging into the Covr employee app?

Here are some basic instructions to give to employees who need help logging into the Covr employee app:

  1. Check the account is showing as "Joined" on the employees profile (this means the account has been verified)

  2. They are on the app that says Covr Employee and not Covr Manager

    1. The app should look like the image below:

  3. There is not a website version of the employee app so it can only be accessed through the mobile app

  4. They are using the email connected to their employee profile as the username

  5. If needed, they should be able to go through Forgot Password to setup a new one
