Waivers, if signed, allow an employee to skip their meal break in specific circumstances. Covr does not send out waivers automatically. Most locations manage waivers at the facility level during orientation/upon hire. To learn more about the different kinds of waivers, click here.
The questionnaire allows employees to say whether a particular violation was voluntary (resulting in no violation) or required by the employer (resulting in a penalty).
