If an employee is not eligible for a shift, they will not be able to pick up any open shifts for that shift type in the Covr Employee app.
You will make employees eligible for a shift by going to the People tab on the desktop.
When you find the person you're looking for in your employee list, click "edit" on their profile.
Go to the section in their profile entitled "Shift Details" and select the department(s) and shift(s) you want them to work. This can be changed at any time.
Hit "Save edits" at the bottom right of the screen to save these changes.
This employee should now be able to view open shifts for that shift type in the Covr Employee app.
