To view the message history, you'll want to take the following steps:
Select the "Messaging" page
Select "History"
Change the "Start Date" and "End Date" to yesterday-today
Select the "Search" tile (may have to select a few times)
Once it loads up, you can adjust the date range to what you need
Select the "Search" tile
If there were too many messages sent during the time period selected, the page may not load. Choose a smaller date range and it should fix the issue.
Once the message history log loads, you can also use the filters that allow you to see the messages sent by a specific manager, or the messages that were sent to a specific employee.
When you click download, it downloads to an excel type file with the message, who sent it, time, who it was sent to and their phone numbers. When you click on print it downloads a PDF of that page and shows just the message and who sent it.
