First, you will want to make sure you are using Google Chrome.

In the top right of your browser, look for the three vertical dots. Click on them. 

This will bring up a dropdown menu. Click on History. 

From the new menu, select History again. 

In the top left hand corner, select Delete browsing data. 

There are a few things you can clear from this page. However, for the purposes of Covr, we recommend clearing the cookies and cached images and files.

Select Delete Data from the bottom of the page. 

As a final step after clearing your browsing data, it is helpful to restart Google Chrome. You can do this by going to your Google Chrome icon and right clicking on it. Then, click Quit. Once it completely quits the application, go ahead and click on Google Chrome to open it back up and log into Covr again. 😄
