How employees can Trade shifts in the app

To trade shifts in the Covr Employee app, they will want to select a scheduled shift they want to trade and select Trade Shift on the bottom. Then it will have them add a reason for the trade.

Once they select Next, it will show all of the available shifts that can choose to request to trade with.

After selecting a shift, it will have them confirm the shift they want to trade, refresh and it will now show the scheduled shift with a PENDING status.

The employee that was sent the request will be able to find this under the Requests tab. Once they select the request, they have the option to Confirm or Decline the trade.

Once the trade is confirmed, a text message will be sent to the employee requesting the trade and anyone on the manager alerts list. They will also be able to see the outgoing request under the Request tab and view the trade as Approved. It will also disappear from the My Shifts section and replace it with the traded shift.
