How to add an agency employee/contingent staff to your facility in Covr

To add an Agency worker to your facility in Covr click on the People tab at the top of your page.

Then select the Contingent Staff tab in the top left,

and select the add contingent staff button in the top right.

You will then be prompted to fill out the employee details and which agency they work for. In order to fill out the agency they work for you will have to have added the agency to your facility already. (See Help "Add an Agency to your Facility") Click Next.

Fill out the License type and Time Clock ID (If your company gives them one, otherwise skip this), and click Finish.

They will now show up under the list of Total contingent staff, and can be selected on the schedule under Contingent Staff.
