Where are my shifts?

If you are not seeing any shifts on your schedule, here are a couple of things to check:

  • Check that you are in the correct facility. If you work at multiple facilities, it is possible you are looking at a facility you have no shifts for. In the top left dropdown, select the facility you want to look at.

  • Check with your manager that they have you on the schedule. It is possible your manager has invited you to start using Covr without adding you to the schedule yet.

  • Check that you are on the My Shifts tab and not the Open Shifts tab.
